Sustainability
Sustainability is a collective effort. We're continuously learning, working with our supply chain, clients, project teams, and peers to find better ways to make a positive impact – for people, the planet, and businesses.
2023 Impact Report
Our 2023 highlights and ambitions for the future
Throughout our 25-year history, we have continually challenged how things have always been. It's in our culture to question, adapt, and evolve. We became a certified B Corp in March 2023 and are committed to creating positive impacts for our people, our clients, the planet and society at large by using our business as a force for good. Our commitment extends to reducing our carbon footprint, empowering clients and project teams to make informed furniture decisions, and fostering the wellbeing of our workforce and the communities we serve.
Our 2023 Impact Report details our progress across our five Impact Areas: Governance, People, Environment, Communities, Clients & Projects, and outlines our targets and commitments. We also take a moment to celebrate our achievements in 2023.
Proudly B Corp Certified
Harnessing the power of our business as a force for good
We are proud that The Furniture Practice is B Corp certified, cementing our commitment to working with our clients, project teams, manufacturers and the entire TFP team to help shape a more sustainable and equitable future for our industry and beyond. Over 6,000 visionary businesses across more than 80 countries have now joined the B Corp community, legally committing to balancing purpose and profit and using business as a force for good.
Having begun the journey to B Corp certification in October 2021, we are excited to have reached this milestone on our mission to progress our business sustainability goals. B Corp certification is a substantial addition to the commitments we have already made in our journey to improvement: we are a Climate Positive Workforce through Ecologi and have joined the Race to Zero through Planet Mark, committing to net zero emissions by 2040.
