Led by award-winning global architecture firm BDG, the campus delivers flexible workspace, meeting areas, quiet zones, plus a bar and restaurant. The design reflects the city's culture and rich history while celebrating the character of WPP's agencies and complying with the company's design standards to ensure consistency and quality across every one of their buildings.
To complement the project's local focus, we sourced furniture designed or manufactured in Poland, calling on our supply chain knowledge and relationships to select producers with links to the area.
Communication was vital as the entire project was specified, procured and installed during the first and second waves of the COVID-19 pandemic. Working remotely, to a super tight programme, we collaborated with the team on regular video calls and prepared highly detailed installation plans. When delays struck, our network swung into action, getting us back on the programme and avoiding additional costs to our client.
