BDG architecture + design transformed the 1970s office block into a modern, world-class workplace to unite 15 WPP agencies under one roof as part of the company’s global co-location strategy. The BREEAM ‘Very Good’ renovation is designed to match the open and optimistic culture at WPP with areas for creative working, collaboration and circulation.

In addition to the 1,500 workspaces, there’s a shared business hub, cafés, restaurants, bars and terraces. A new feature staircase winds up through the building, encouraging movement through the space while creating opportunities for chance encounters. Over two years, we worked with the team to manage every furniture-related aspect of the project, from coordinating furniture audits across fifty buildings to specifying products for every part of the new campus.
