The Robinson, Quintain Living’s bold and eclectic new build to rent scheme next door to Wembley Stadium, offers unique homes for residents looking for something extra special.

Adjacent to the national stadium and comprising 458 rental homes in total, the aim for The Robinson was to create a bold and eclectic style taking inspiration from a range of design influences, from maximalism to British popular culture. Knowing the extent of our supplier network and direct factory sourcing expertise, Quintain brought us on board to work across the interior design from consultation to delivery and installation.

As well as bringing vibrancy to the scheme, furniture had to be robust enough to withstand the daily demands of residents. We created bespoke pieces including sofas and beds with coffee tables and TV units sourced directly from our factory suppliers to suit the colour scheme, character and practical requirements of the homes and social spaces.

The project started during the pandemic, just as the UK went into yet another lockdown. Challenges came thick and fast with shipping delays and tracking issues. We took control, working directly with global transport companies and reporting daily to the client team to minimise further setbacks.
