Known for its beautifully designed locations, Mindspace was eager to celebrate the historic building – home of the first department store in America and the world’s largest fully operational pipe organ – and deliver on its unique brand identity.

The design creates a stylish mix of office space, event areas and lounges, blending quirky vintage elements with modern luxury at the same time preserving and enhancing the landmark building.

It was essential to balance the residential luxe feel of the environment with durability requirements. We worked closely with the team, developing options to suit the flexible nature of the spaces and needs of the creative community. Our extensive supplier network and product knowledge proved critical in delivering the project on budget. And when COVID-19 issues came into play, we were able to absorb shipping and manufacturing delays within the construction timeline, allowing us to carry out installation right on time.
