Times Top 100

Starting the year on a high, we were thrilled to place in the top 10 of the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For, a really special achievement for all of us.

A curatd. home office

Certainly a record for the company, 2020 saw a staggering 6 TFP babies being born!

Welcome new recruits

Warmly welcoming two new starters last year – Zainab Numman is our Interior Designer working in TFP's Build to Rent team, and of course, Lou Giordano is heading up our TFP New York office.

Looking back, although 2020 was a year that we definitely didn’t foresee, we are proud of the challenges that we have overcome and of the accomplishments that have resulted, and we look forward to sharing more with you over the coming months and beyond!
